Our relationship with BADA was developed through our Contract Management team and recommendation from our existing client base.

The prestigious Academy is made up of two white stucco terraces properties facing on to Regents Park, London.

During this contract we will be carrying out routine maintenance of their Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Heating plant. Further to this we will be acting as a support for any other Hard FM requirements that are required on site.

BADA approached us requiring some technical support and routine maintenance for their equipment, we worked with them to achieve the service they wanted within a dedicated budget. We are looking forward to building a complete Hard FM partnership with this client.
