Artic wins Facilities Maintenance contract for a leading city bank
Artic Building Services has announced that they have been awarded the complete facilities maintenance contract with Mizuho Bank in the heart of the City of London.
The contract requires Artic to have a 24/7/365 resident engineering team on site capable of delivering a comprehensive the mechanical, electrical and building fabric planned preventative maintenance programme whilst supporting the banks facilities management team by attending to all reactive call-outs within a service level agreement time of no more than 15 minutes.
Mizuho were extremely impressed with interactive electronic Helpdesk service offered by Artic Building Services from its headquarters in SouthEast London which enables the Bank to have a dedicated page giving them a ‘live view’ of the their planned preventative maintenance programme and all reactive call-outs. They are also able to log call-outs on-line in the sure knowledge that these will be forwarded directly to the response engineer, a process that is monitored in real-time.
“We have seen many helpdesk solutions offered to the Bank but very few meet the performance levels of the system that Artic were able to bring to the table. Along with their pro-active approach to contracts management, the tender package offered by Artic was by far the best we received.”
