Artic awarded the maintenance contract for a major City bank
Artic Building Services have announced the award of a major contract for the buildings and services maintenance for Standard Bank.
The Bank have recently moved into 115,000 ft2 of prestigious new offices in Gresham Street, London, EC2 after an extensive fit-out to four floors of the building.
Artic have supplied a team of resident technicians and engineers who provide 24/7 planned and reactive maintenance coverage for all the Bank's operations in the building.
With a pro-active management and helpdesk structure, Standard Bank identified Artic Building Services as the ideal partner for their move into this prime location in the City of London.
