Local Authority selects Artic Building Services to deliver specialist maintenance
Artic Building Services are very proud to have been awarded the mechanical services maintenance contract by the London Borough of Greenwich.
In the face of stiff competition, Artic Building Services were selected by the council to provide this specialist service for a period of 3 years.
The contract covers a wide range of 25 buildings from central offices, through local and community offices to leisure centres throughout the borough.
With the primary focus upon a rigorous planned preventative maintenance programme delivered by a team of highly qualified mobile air conditioning and hvac engineers (proven by the recent award of F Gas accreditation) and supported by a dedicated helpdesk and management structure, Greenwich Council have procured best value for the boroughs’ residents from a local company.
