R22 replacement
As one of the largest aid charities in the world, Care International UK were eager to take the lead in phasing out the potentially harmful R22 air-conditioning plant on site and to substitute it with a modern, cost efficient and environmentally safe alternative.
Selected against stiff competition, Artic Building Services were allocated a five week period to de-commission and remove twelve R22 split systems on the 3rd Floor of the London Head Office and replace these with new systems based on R410a from the Fujitsu range.
After a thorough site survey we devised a programme for the project and worked closely with the client to ensure minimal disruption to their core business activity. Artic Building Services delivered the project within both budget and programme.

Because all of our air conditioning installations are covered by a minimum three year parts and labour warranty (subject to a regular maintenance contract) we were able to offer Care International UK a quality, well maintained solution that met their specification in full.
