Artic’s Environmental Credentials are Recognised

Artic Building Services are very pleased to announce they have been awarded ISO 14001:2004 in recognition of their Environmental Management System.

The award of ISO 14001 recognises all the hard work Artic have undertaken to introduce a simple but effective environmental management system capable of delivering across every aspect of the company’s operations through design, installation, service & maintenance and facilities management.

Richard Tooher, Artic’s Managing Director said;

Our environmental management system is an important tool for us and a demonstration that we take our commitment to the environment very seriously”

During the audit process by The British Assessment Bureau, Artic achieved a remarkably high score with no non-conformities recorded in any section and an observation that the company’s documents and records were organised and presented in an “extremely professional manner”.

It was also noted that Artic “has a comprehensive training and development programme” which ensures that the Environmental Action Plan driven by the system will reach every person in the company as a live and ongoing campaign and which will enable the company to continue to deliver the highest quality of service to all of its customers.
