Artic Building Services has a pedigree of providing and being approved installers of a diverse range of plant such as Daikin, Mitsubishi and Fujitsu. Warranty packages are tailored to suit the customer's specific requirements. This warranty is fully supported by a dedicated in-house team offering emergency call out and routine maintenance packages.
All installed plant comply with current environmental legislation and no substandard manufacturers or materials are used which may contravene the standards laid down by the same legislation.
Artic Building Services is proficient in the complete management of both the self-delivered and sub-contracted elements of your overall project. In every case, our main focus is to work closely with the client to identify and fully understand their project and environmental needs together with confirming budgets and timescales, crucial for the basis of a successful project. Throughout the project we will keep you informed of progress and equip you with all costing, standards, issues and performance analysis so that you are in control.
Once we have completed the installation work, our team of expert technicians complete a rigorous and auditable commissioning schedule - proving performance together with confirming electrical power and controls. Comprehensive O&M manuals are supplied and complete on site staff training given.
With the project work completed, we are then able to blend our other Facilities Management strategies, expertise and on-going management to enable Artic Building Services to continue maintenance and overall operational support.
