Air Conditioning

Artic Building Services has a comprehensive blend of dedicated Air Conditioning and Multi-skilled engineering team.

Each has Safe Handling Refrigerant certification and is qualified to a minimum City and Guilds standard. We are currently implementing an F-Gas training agenda for all operatives to start in April 2009.

Each engineer is equipped and adept in carrying out, not only the planned preventative maintenance as per HVCA criteria, but also all required reactive and repair works on commercial plant and systems as follows:

  • Air Conditioning - Split and VRV
  • Air Conditioning - Close Control
  • Air Handling Units
  • Specialist Refrigeration
  • Chillers
  • BMS and Controls

All our Maintenance Contracts deliver a real time auditable account to the customer concerning any maintenance or reactive works undertaken on their site. We offer a genuine 24 hour emergency call service and are bespoke to meet the critical needs of the individual.

To complement this specialist field we have a dedicated and expert Mechanical & Electrical Project tier that can provide full design, technical and installation works.
