Artic Building Services are able to undertake both refurbishments of existing buildings and new build projects up to £500,000 for both residential and commercial clients including the provision of architectural design services, planning and Building Control applications, preparation of specifications for tender purposes and the management of the competitive tendering process together with costing information for potential projects.
We are also able to manage the design and installation of detailed electrical and plumbing services including central heating installations covering both new build projects and the upgrading of existing services.
In addition to the above we can provide development and pre-purchase advice including pre-purchase surveys of both residential and commercial properties for investment purposes.
