The company is currently awaiting our formal NICEIC accreditation.
Each engineer is equipped and adept in carrying out, not only the planned preventative maintenance as per industry criteria, but also all required reactive and repair works on commercial plant and systems as follows:
- BMS & Controls of all M&E plant
- High Voltage Plant
- UPS Systems
- Lighting control systems
- Security and Alarm systems
- Portable Appliance testing
- Black Building Testing
- Lamp and Tube replacements
- One, three or five year periodic fixed circuit electrical inspections
- Lighting and Emergency Lighting
We issue relevant electrical certification and adhere to relevant calibration criteria on all our equipment.
All our Maintenance Contracts deliver a real time auditable account to the customer concerning any maintenance or reactive works undertaken on their site. We offer a genuine 24 hour emergency call service and are bespoke to meet the critical needs of the individual.
To complement this specialist field we have a dedicated and expert Mechanical & Electrical Project tier that can provide full design, technical and installation works.
