Customer Charter

Artic is always striving to improve our overall Customer Service.
To aid with this, on an annual basis, we ask our customers to complete a survey form rating our service performance over the past year against a range of contract/SLA criteria.

Feedback obtained from this document is used by the entire company to gauge areas of improvement, in line with our contractual commitments. It also provides us scope and direction for ensuring Artic Building Services delivers a Quality, Expert and Consistent service.

All customers are provided with an Artic Action Plan for the forthcoming year based on the feedback offered from this exercise.
