We have structured and equipped our company with mobile and static resources that are tailored for our customer base and their 24hr business operations.
The key tool for delivering this service is a Software Service Management system called Tesseract. It is a fully end to end web browser system, bespoke to evolve and perform to all FM demands.
Its structure and user friendly method enables the company to provide accurate and immediate activity reports on all our required Service Level Agreements, reduce paperwork and bureaucracy within, and effectively plan and respond to clients requests with clear audit trails.
We have issued all field engineers PDA’s to take full advantage of the Tesseract Software’s features. This has provided engineer’s crucial call history of plant and works whilst on site, streamlined their administration and given greater communication links to the office and field activities alike.
