This service has been so successful that they now carry out professional wall washing and specialist cleaning services for ward and general clinical areas.

Artic also have an excellent project team, and have been very successful in the design and installation of many small to medium HVAC installations.

They provide an excellent 24-7 help desk service and have been proactive in the development of Tesseract their own helpdesk and planned maintenance system. Using up to date PDA and 3G technologies they are able to provide accurate and immediate digital records for the client, and ensure a very robust audit trails.

On the back of this expertise they have helped the hospital develop their own asset list for HVAC systems, and are working with the hospital in the development of their system.

Artic are highly motivated when it comes to staff training and have developed their own apprentice training scheme. Their staff also undergo regular health and safety training and toolbox talks. They are constantly looking for ways to develop their service; most recently they have put their engineers through Corgi training for domestic and light industrial boilers.
