Artic’s Operations Department are not one of the front of house teams that our client’s ever see and therefore their services to the company are sometimes unappreciated, yet their responsibilities and services are paramount to enable Artic Building Service to function to the level and standard we have achieved as being a highly regarded SME in the Hard FM sector. Operations are the backbone of Artic, they guarantee our quality and service commitment by maintaining the company and the divisions within it are fully trained, compliant and operational. It is only through this compliance that our service offering is classified to such a high standard.
This month, Artic have been audited in relation to our ISO 14001 by the British Assessment Bureau and obtained our Gas Safe accreditation. Once again we have achieved qualified status by both and whilst it is down to the entire company and those within it for these successes, the tireless work of our Operations Team must be commended as a major contributory factor in getting there.
