I would like to say a massive thanks to Rebecca, Alice, Ben, and Lee for all their support over the last couple of weeks with all the problems we have had.

Their response has been fantastic I could not wish for a better team.

I would also like to extend a special thanks to Grant who has been an enormous help to my team.

The service in all area’s has been amazing, Leigh, Abby and Paul not forgetting John in the beginning making the asset register. I can see a great partnership ahead.

Terry Wicks (superstar). Terry has been very helpful over the last week. He popped into Lavington Street each morning to check the system. He made changes to see if we could right the wrong. He explains everything in a language that I understand. In other words, he doesn’t blind you with science. Terry is also a lovely chap and an asset to your team.

We were facing rising operational costs due to frequent reactive maintenance needs. Artic implemented a data-driven approach and introduced Condition Based Maintenance, resulting in significant cost reductions and improved asset lifespans. Their efficient processes and dedicated team deliver exceptional service, exceeding our expectations.

Greig has done a great job on the monthly report and we spoke with all parties on our to keep the system working as efficiently and raise any concerns at the earliest opportunity. Please say a special thanks to Greig for his desire to make sure the Planet PPM system works as well as possible to not only achieve the SLA’s but also as a system to make sure we have a reliable and robust record of the good work we carry out on a month to month basis.

The way your team have applied themselves and delivered over the past 18 months is second to none and this has only reinforced the relationship. It has also given me kudos as I brought you in, so thank you. I know that Peter and Danny are both new employees but whoever is doing the recruitment needs a huge pat on the back. They have been incredible. Technically, attitude, application are all top draw. They really are (after 1 month) the go-to guys on site. Feedback from colleagues, staff and students has been positive in regards to reaction times and job done first time.

Artic’s understanding of MCC’s unique needs and their commitment to exceeding expectations have been invaluable. Their collaborative approach and dedication ensure the seamless operation of our iconic venue, allowing us to focus on delivering a world-class cricketing experience. Particularly noteworthy is their contribution to our sustainability efforts.  The LED lighting upgrades have played a significant role in helping us achieve the ‘Sustainability Campaign of the Year’ award.

Having worked with Artic for a number of years the discovery of asbestos during a project was handled quickly and professionally in the same way they approach all their projects.

Having recently transitioned to Artic, we have been thoroughly impressed with our regular engineer, Bharat (Baz). He is exceptionally efficient with his time and consistently goes the extra mile to assist with additional tasks, which is greatly appreciated by the J A Kemp LLP Facilities team. Long may it continue!

Just a note to express our gratitude for Ben Ward’s clear dedication to keeping our estate up and running.

It’s been incredibly busy recently and Ben has come to our rescue on many occasions, not once complaining and did everything possible to keep downtime a minimum at a number of our critical facilities.

We were constantly worried about maintaining air quality and hygiene levels in our hospital, especially during busy periods. Artic stepped in and completely transformed our approach. Their responsive service and proactive maintenance practices ensure a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff. We’ve seen a significant reduction in reactive repairs, giving us peace of mind and allowing us to focus on what matters most – patient care.

Works were completed swiftly and in particular we were pleased with the good and regular communications issued by Artic at all stages (from quoting in a timely manner to arranging attendance and completing the works)

If only every single contractor I had come across was so well-organised, kept me updated all times and delivered to such standards, my life would be much easier. It was a last-minute request as another contractor let me down badly and I needed someone to do the works urgently. When I called Artic (Chris Cerisola) I had not much hope you would be able to do the work on such short notice to such high standards. It seems I was wrong, thanks for that.

Our facilities are complex and require a high level of expertise.
