Artic have been awarded the Hard FM contract at Trinity Laban, the UK’s only conservatoire of music and contemporary dance.

Following a competitive tender process, Artic were offered the PPM contract given their vast experience within the Higher Education sector.

The hard services provider is supplying the college with mobile engineers to deliver the planned preventative maintenance and dedicated contract management and administration from its head office in Dartford. Artic are also to provide a 24/7 reactive call out facility.  The team will work alongside the college’s estates’ team to ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation.
