In February 2015 the Contract launched with full residential teams of Maintenance and Reactive engineers, dedicated Management and Administration working in unison with UCL estates to ensure over 200 sites is provided a first class service to one of the top 5 Universities in the world. The facilities at UCL have the largest variety in the country covering lecture theatres through to sophisticated research laboratories in a variety of buildings from innovatively designed energy efficient builds down to Grade II listed buildings. All require extensive planning from a highly diverse specialist selection of engineers.
