Welcome Darren Payton, Artic’s New Operations Director

Artic Building Services is excited to announce the appointment of its new Operations Director, Darren Payton. To support the company’s continued expansion, Artic sourced an Operational Director to oversee the delivery of hard facilities management across its portfolio of healthcare, higher education and large, complex commercial estates. Darren Payton will be playing a pivotal role in leading Artic’s Business Unit Heads and Contract Management teams to delivering successful contracts whilst building on new and existing relationships across the industry.

Darren joins Artic with years of experience and knowledge in the hard facilities management industry, bringing with him new strategies to build on Artic’s continued success and rate of growth within its target industries.

With Darren Payton in place as Operations Director, Artic Building Services is looking forward to the new direction its Service and Maintenance department will lead in delivering efficient and effective building services across London.
