Artic Building Services Ltd has won a number of new and prestigious maintenance contracts over the past two months, in October we were successful in securing the heating ventilation and air conditioning contract for Essentia situated in York Road London, we took over the facilities management and full mechanical and electrical maintenance for the Association of British Insurers in Gresham Street further increasing our presence in the City. Also in October we were awarded the heating and air conditioning contract for the Royal Brompton and Harefield NHS trust, a large multi-site complex located in Kensington and Hertfordshire.

Further success in November resulted in awards of contracts for the air conditioning for Global Media located in Kent, heating ventilation and air conditioning for Amdocs situated in various locations from the City in London to Somerset and Gloucestershire, mechanical and electrical services for Haywood and Partners in Cannon St. Artic Building Services Ltd further consolidated its position and presence in the health sector by winning contracts for boilers and chiller maintenance at Central Middlesex Hospital and air conditioning at St Leonard’s Hospital in the East End of London.
